Job Description

PNC is hiring a Sales and Service Representative to join their Customer Care Center. In this fully remote role, you’ll assist customers with service inquiries, guide them through digital banking tools, and introduce banking products that match their needs, all while working from the comfort of your home in a secure and professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries related to disputes, online banking, and product support
  • Recommend banking products and services based on customer needs
  • Provide exceptional service while adhering to PNC’s CARES customer support model
  • Resolve complex or recurring service issues with professionalism and efficiency
  • Document interactions thoroughly and ensure timely resolution of requests
  • Demonstrate a commitment to risk management, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
  • Work a flexible schedule including weekends; shifts may fall between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM ET

Qualification

  • High school diploma or GED required (degree not required)
  • 1+ years of customer service, support, or related experience
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate technical support tools
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with customer experience platforms
  • Must meet remote work requirements (wired internet, private home office, PingID device)
