Bicycle Health is tackling the opioid epidemic with accessible, affordable, and compassionate care. As an Enrollment Coordinator, you'll be the first voice of hope for patients seeking telemedicine-based treatment. Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for individuals interested in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
- Communicate via email, SMS, phone, and live chat to schedule intake calls
- Explain the Bicycle Health treatment model and help patients understand enrollment
- Conduct phone intakes to assess health info and treatment goals
- Verify insurance and schedule first appointments with providers
- Register patients and update Electronic Health Records (EHR) and CRM systems
- Work with the care team for smooth patient onboarding
- Offer community resource referrals to support treatment
- Participate in refining the enrollment process through feedback and input
Qualification
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment (clinic, hospital, or similar)
- Experience in call centers and insurance verification
- Familiarity with EHR and CRM systems highly preferred
- Live chat or messaging communication experience
- Prior experience working with individuals with substance use disorders preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Mac OS
