Job Description

Join the Event Services team at Outside Interactive, Inc., a premier hub for outdoor, wellness, and endurance enthusiasts. As a Customer Success Representative, you'll support customers across athleteReg and FinisherPix. You'll be the go-to for inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, lead onboarding, and contribute to continuous product and support improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk and phone, ensuring first-contact resolution
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex support issues, file bug reports, and escalate when necessary
  • Handle escalated tickets and assist with bulk refunds, transaction disputes, and funds pulls
  • Develop deep product knowledge and deliver high-quality service to customers and event directors
  • Maintain help center articles and conduct quality reviews of onboarding support tickets
  • Track recurring issues and recommend scalable solutions
  • Collaborate with CS and product teams to drive service improvements
  • Lead onboarding and training of new Tier 1 support agents and assist with product launches

Qualification

  • 2+ years in customer support with a proven track record of excellent service
  • Hands-on experience with Zendesk and Google Suite or similar platforms
  • Strong time management, detail orientation, and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and solution-oriented mindset
  • Endurance event experience (registration, production, or volunteer work) is a plus
